Ski Movement on Wooble Board - (advanced)
(Legs, Stabilization)

1- Start with a light bar on your shoulders (trapezius
level).
2- Get up onto the Wooble Board one foot at a time.
3- Place your feet at a distance of about 4 to 6 inches apart, bend your knees
and place yourself in a ski slalom position.
4- Move your knees left and right, making the side of the
board touch the floor. Keep your balance.
5- Repeat 10 to 12 times.
