Inclined Abdominals Rotation on Ball with
Pulley - (intermediate - advanced)
(Abdominals, Stabilization)

1- Start by lying down on a ball at about a 45°
angle.
2- Hold the handle of the pulley with both hands with your arms bent a little.
3- Rotate your trunk and keep your arms in front of you. Keep your abdominals
tight.
4- Repeat on the other side.
5- Do this movement 10 to 12 times.
