Split Squat with Elastic - (Beginner
- intermediate)
(Legs and buttocks)

1- Start straight up. Step on the elastic
with your left foot in front and your right foot placed at about 1 foot and a
half behind.
2- Hold the handles of the elastic beside your shoulders.
3- Move straight down until you get a 90° angle at your knees. Go straight
back up to the starting position.
4- Repeat on the other side.
5- Do this movement 10 to 12 times per side.
