Hip Extension On One Leg With Dumbbells
- (intermediate)
(Back, buttock, hamstring and stabilization)
1- Start by standing feet close together with a
dumbbell in each hand.
2- Bend forward, keeping back straight and head up. Keep dumbbells close to your
legs.
3- As you go down, lift one leg straight behind at the same time and at the same
speed as your forward movement.
4- Repeat this movement for 6 to 8 repetitions per leg.
