Exercise of the month (09/2008)

-Shoulders Lateral Raise with Elastic  (beginner to intermediate)
(Shoulders)

 


 
 
 

1- Start by standing on the elastic with your feet shoulders width apart.
  
2-
Hold the handles of the elastic with hands crossed in front of abdominals.
 
3- Lift your arms shoulders level.

4- Keep your abdominals tight during this exercise.
 
5- Do this exercise for 8 to 12 repetitions.
