- Leg Up And Down
(Intermediate)
(Buttocks)

1- Start in a 4 feet position, place yourself on your elbows and raise one leg
straight.
2- Keep your abs and buttocks tight, back straight and legs straight in line
with your body.
3- Move your leg quickly up and down in a short motion for about 30 sec, then
switch leg.
4- Do 2 or 3 sets.
