TRX Abdominal - Hip Raise
(Core, Abdominals, Shoulders ) Advanced

1 - Place your feet on the handles of the TRX, keep your back straight, head up and abs tight.
2 - Raise your hips upward as you pull your feet toward your body, keep your legs straight and abs tight.
3 - Bring your hips over your head as much as you can.
4 - Do 8 to 12 repetitions.
