(Abdominal, back, buttocks, core, hips, shoulder, triceps ) Intermediate

1 - Start in a standing position,
2 - Go down, put your hands on the floor and get in push-up position, keep your abs tight and back straight
3 - Do a push-up, bring your feet back and go back to the standing position
4 - Repeat, do as much as you can in 1 minute, keeping the form.
