45° degrees Lateral Movement
(Quadriceps, abductors and buttocks) Beginner

1 - Start in a standing position, legs spread in a way where the front part
of your back foot is behind the heel of your front foot.
2 - Keep your shoulders and hips straight forward.
3 - Move your body back and forth from your back foot to your front foot .
4 - Repeat this for about 30 seconds then switch feet positions.
