Eccentric Load Chin-up
(Back, biceps and hamstrings) Intermediate to advanced

1 - Start by doing a chin-up with a supination grip (palms of your hands towards
2 - With your knees at a 90° angle, a partner places a heavy ball on the back of your legs when you are up.
3 - With the heavy ball behind your legs, go down slowly until your arms are completely straight.
4 - Do as much as you can keeping the same tempo. Stop when you are not able to keep the tempo going.
