Exercise of the month (03/2008)

 One Leg Jump with Bosu and Dumbbells  - (Intermediate to advanced)
(Legs and stabilization)


 


 
 
1- Start on a split squat position with dumbbells in your hands and your back foot on a Bossu, back straight and abdominals tights.
 
2- Start the split squat keeping your back straight.
 
3- When your front knee is at about 90� angle push up on that leg slightly backward to transfer some weights onto your back foot.

4- Land back on your front foot into the starting position.

5- Repeat this movement for 8 to 12 repetitions and repeat on the other leg.
