Exercise of the month (08/2008)

-Water Walk - Lift one leg with opposite arm  (beginner to intermediate)
(Body work)

 


 
 
1- Start by standing in the water.
 
2- As you walk forward, lift one foot toward your opposite hand, keep your arms and legs straight.
 
3- Keep your abdominals tight during this exercise. As you progress you can improve the intensity with a faster movement.

4- Do this exercise for about 30 sec. to 1 min. or more depending on the intensity.
