1-
Start by walking forward on the ball of your feet.
2- Touch elbow to opposite knee
3- Extend as high as you can as you can by stretching yourself up on the tip of
your toes.
4- Touch the other elbow to the opposite knee.
5. Repeat the sequence 6 times.
